- Direct and management of all sales and business development operations, after Sales Service including brand building, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Planning & implementing aggressive strategies to achieve desired sales target, market share and profitability objectives of the division.
- Maintaining key customer base, implementing innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.
- Leading, training and motivating a team of highly competent sales / marketing professionals also form part of the key responsibilities.
- Coach team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
- Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan
- Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Appoint new dealer
- Prepare Montly, quarterly and annual dealer targets with effective offers & schemes
- Maintain relationships with Dealers/partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Must have master degree. MBA is preferable.
- Must have experience of 5 years+ in sales & marketing with minimum 5 years in a senior management position, heading entire sales / marketing function of a reputed automobile brand.
- Must have proven track record & leadership qualities, effective communication, strong inter-personal skills, sound commercial acumen, analytical ability and pleasing personality are essential.
- Should have in-depth knowledge of 3 W market of the Nepal.
- Sound knowledge of Automotive business process.
- Should have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.
